I’d like to thank you for arranging a wonderful trip for us in Spain. We saw a lot in a short period of time and got the feel of many different cities. I want to especially commend the tour guides and drivers that you chose. Antonio was a good driver. On our trip from the airport, though he did not have to give a guided tour, he gave us valuable information and helped us to see where we were and where we were going. Terry, in Cordoba, James in Seville, Carmen in Granada and Mark in Barcelona were very good guides. I want to make special mention of Nacho and the driver from Seville—Ronda—Granada—Arnold. Nacho was fantastic. You can tell he really enjoys what he does! We can’t say enough about him. He went out of way to make sure that we had a good time and got as much information as we could. He was personable and very likeable. Thank you for choosing such a terrific guide. Arnold, though he was only hired as a driver, gave us extensive information during our drive and gave us a thorough tour of Ronda. Next to Nacho he was the highlight of our tour. Please let his boss know how valuable he is! All of our arrangements were perfect. All the hotels but one were perfect, the train trips went smoothly and all the documents were in order and easy to use.

Thank you so much for all the arrangements. We are safely back to Hong Kong. Spain is a lovely country. Everything is great, including the weather (most of the time is sunny, only one day with rain), transportation and tours. We like the hotel at Madrid very much, cosy and nice, this is highly recommended. Only the hotel in Granada is a bit cold. When we were in Seville, we had been told that the St. James Route is very nice too. I would like to know more about it. We will recommend your company to my friends and I hope that I could visit other parts of your country in the near future. Thank you so much. Happy New Year!

It's been a while since we returned from our trip, but I wanted to thank you, Kitty and Gema for all your assistance in the planning of our trip to Madrid, Cordoba and Seville. We had a wonderful time and the hotel selections were great - just where we would want to be and very enjoyable.

We did find a restaurant in Madrid that we really enjoyed and thought I would pass it on just in case - La Camarilla at Cava Baja, 21 - phone 91 354 02 07. They were so pleasant and the food was wonderful. We ended going back a second time and they greeted us as their long lost friends.

In any event, everything worked very smoothly and we really appreciate all your assistance. We will be planning a trip to Portugal, probably in 2005 - 2004 is just getting too filled up at this point. We'll be in touch at that time. Thanks again.

I just returned from one of your customized tours with my parents, husband and sister and brother-in-law that covered a lot of Southern Spain. I have to say it was one of the best, most organized, well planned tours we have ever been on! The guides were fabulous, our contacts at the airports, train stations and hotels were on time, if not early, and helped us with whatever we needed in addition to giving us very informative and well guided tours. You should just know for your own records, as we will recommend you to our friends, that there is now a kosher restaurant in Madrid (a fact that will make a huge difference to your clients who are interested). It is called La Escudilla and it is located at Santisima Trinidad, 6. Tel. 91 445 73 80.

Estamos otra vez en los EEUU en casa; que bueno que tenemos casa como ha pasado el huracan durante nuestra ausencia. Muchas gracias por el viaje; no teniamos problemas. Hubiera sido buen idea darnos unos mapas, etc., para ir en coche. Tambien, para otros viajeros en el mismo programa, sera buen idea meterles en hotel la ultima noche mas cerca del aeropuerto. El Espahotel era magnifico, pero ir en coche con el trafico...Tambien, por la calle no hay nada que dice "Espahotel"; el edificio se llama "Apartamentos Plaza de Espana". Los hotels AC, etc., son magnificos -- mas ricos que yo esperaba. Mi esposo me dijo que se sentia como un rey! Otra vez -- muchas gracias por todo.

Jill and I just wanted to say thanks for putting together such a wonderful itinerary for us. We had a such a great time. I would like to tell you what a great job we think your organization did for Jane and I putting together one of the must wonderful vacations we have ever had. Your whole team didn’t miss a single item from the accommodations, food, tours, bus and two very fine people in Cesar and Antonio the driver. Cesar was really outstanding in being everything to everyone over and above the call to duty. His historical knowledge is outstanding but his personal attention to everyone’s wish was way beyond the call to duty. Cesar was personable, thoughtful and tactful at all time, which is most difficult when trying to please twenty-six different people's personalities. It is always has been my desire when I was in business to try to exceed the people expectations and I feed you have done just that with this vacation. Jane and I would be most happy to give any future references you might want from us. We feel that your team did everything possible and deserve a great big thank you.
