Opened in July of 1999. At the heart of the city´s old district and housed in a 17th-century building that had been used as a bank and residence for Jesuits. The building faces the traditional marketplace of the old city, with its daily activities and local color, while behind is the Belvis park. There is large private garden with a romantic bower.
